Refund Policy — Hockey-247
League Registrations (Summer Elite League and Other Leagues)
All league registration fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted, as payment secures a roster spot and confirms participation in the scheduled league. Due to limited roster availability and team planning requirements, participants are responsible for their commitment once registered.
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

League cancellation by Hockey-247

Significant schedule changes made by Hockey-247 that prevent participation

Verified season-ending medical injury or illness (documentation may be required)
In certain situations, Hockey-247 may offer a credit toward a future league at its sole discretion.
Training Programs, Camps, and Clinics
Registration fees for private lessons, training sessions, camps, and clinics are non-refundable once payment is submitted, as scheduling and staffing commitments are made in advance.
If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, Hockey-247 may, when possible, offer:

A rescheduled session

A credit toward a future program
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Merchandise and Gear Purchases
All apparel and merchandise sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests regarding merchandise issues must:

Include photo verification
If approved, Hockey-247 will provide a replacement item or appropriate resolution.
