Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement I understand that participation in the Hockey-247 Summer Elite League involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, concussion, permanent disability, paralysis, or death. I acknowledge that ice hockey is a contact sport and that injuries may result from collisions, falls, contact with other participants, equipment, boards, ice surface, or other conditions associated with the sport. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Hockey-247 Summer Elite League, including risks that may arise from negligence of other participants, coaches, staff, facility operators, or organizers. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Hockey-247, its directors, officers, coaches, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in league activities. I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared for participation, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree to comply with all league rules, safety standards, and conduct expectations. I grant permission for Hockey-247 to use photographs or video recordings taken during league activities for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver & Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by it.
